2011 Rioja Joven – 100% Tempranillo - £20.90 Made solely from the Tempranillo grape, this juicy Rioja has a gently perfumed nose, with soft aromas of red berries and liquorice leading to a cherry fruit finish. A delicious uncomplicated version of an old world classic.

Plantation 1905 (made with 23 different grape varieties) Created exclusively from the oldest vineyard in the village (Laure-Minervois), some of these 23 grapes are unknown and unique to France. The wine has a floral nose with soft red fruits. The palate also displays soft red fruit but with more than a hint of morello. Delicious!
2009 Chianti Colli Fiorentini DOCG - £27.00
Made from Sangiovese (90%), Merlot, Canaiolo and Gamay. The nose, is complex and fruity, hints of earthy minerals, chocolate and spice. The palate displays all the aromas of the nose, it has a delicious long finish.
2010 Château Lugaud Graves - £29.00
This is a 75% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon blend. Merlot provides lots of fruit, roundness and finesse while Cabernet Sauvignon provides structured tannins and a distinctive aroma. Full of ripe black fruit with a nice structure and balance. Good volume and fine tannins.
